Postmarks can count!
As of January 1, 2022, an Oregon Elections Official can accept and process a ballot that arrived at their office via the USPS if the envelope was postmarked by Election Day.
• Ballot envelopes must be signed
• It must have a Postmark (or USPS indicator) on or before Election Day
• It must arrive by the 7th day after Election Day
