Record Requests

The Support Services Unit is open to the public Monday through Friday via:

  • In Person / Walk -in Assistance: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
  • Phone Assistance 503-434-7506: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm

Records Requests may be submitted through our NextRequest portal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
