Immunizations

Required Immunizations

State law requires that children in attendance at public and private schools, preschools, childcare facilities, and Head Start programs in Oregon receive certain immunizations, or have appropriate exemptions in place (OAR 333-050-0010 to 0140).

All children who are not up-to-date or complete on their immunizations or children who do not have a medical or non-medical exemption will be excluded from their school or childcare facility.

See more information about medical and non-medical exemptions.

If any student’s required immunization records are not complete by February 25, they cannot attend in-person learning or childcare until documentation showing compliance is received.

Our clinic at Yamhill County Public Health offers all required school vaccinations and we will be open extended hours on February 17 and February 19. Please call to make an appointment.
