The Oregon Tobacco Quit Line
The quit line is a free telephone and web-based counseling service to help Oregonians quit using tobacco and nicotine products. They provide tips, information and one-on-one telephone counseling and will help you make a plan that is right for you. Open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
It is available to all Oregonians regardless of income or insurance status and is staffed by real people who are friendly and non-judgmental.
