Fee Structure 

 

General Guidelines

  • Accepted Forms of Payment: Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover), cash, and check.

Pay Online

  • Digital Preliminary Reviews: Send PDF files to the Surveyors Department.
  • Paper Reviews:
    1. Must be marked "Review Only" across the signed Surveyor Stamp.
    2. Plot on 18 x 24-inch paper (foldable for reviews).
    3. Include a return email address for faster processing.

Final Submissions

  • Surveys: Accepts 18 x 24-inch paper or Mylar (paper preferred).
  • Partitions: Accepts 18 x 24-inch Mylar only.
  • Mylar Requirements: Provide 2 Mylar sets for Partitions.

  • Survey Maps Filing Fee: $399.88
  • Partition Plats Filing Fee: $504.88
    Each additional page after 3:$26.25
  • Recheck: $80.85/hr

Submission Process

  1. Digital Submissions:
    1. Send via email.
    2. Review will be returned via email.
    3. Submit final signed copy with payment.
  2. Paper Submissions:
    1. Deliver or mail one copy for review.
    2. Review returned via email or mail.
    3. Submit final signed copy with payment.
  3. Finals with Minimal Corrections:
    1. Submit signed final copy with payment.
    2. The office will review and file if no corrections are needed.

Subdivisions, Condominiums, & Cemetary Plats

  • Filing Fee: $504.88
    Each additional page after 3: $26.25
  • Additional Fees:
    1. $73.50 Additional lot & tract.
    2. $1500 deposit.
    3. Recheck Hourly Rate: $80.85
  • Submission Process:
    1. Send a digital (via email) review copy with the Title Insurance Report.
    2. Pay the total fee upfront to begin the review process.
    3. The review will be returned via email.
    4. Make necessary corrections if needed.
    5. Submit the final signed Mylar with signatures and a notary.
    6. After final submission, a field check will be conducted.
      • If fieldwork matches the plat, it will be approved.
      • If errors are found, corrections will be requested, and a second field check will follow.
    7. Once approved, the office will forward the plat to the following county department for signature blocks.
  • Unused Deposits: After review and field check costs, any remaining portion of the $1500 deposit will be refunded.

Post-Monumented Subdivision and Condominium

  • Filing Fee: $450
  • Additional Fees:
    1. $70 Additional lot & tract.
    2. $1500 deposit.
    3. Post Monument Pin $150 ea.

Public Road Vacation

  • Vacation (No Public Hearing): $400 
  • Vacation (Public Hearing): $1500

Research and Other Services

  • Research, Letter & Map Preparation: $77/hour
  • Technology Surcharge: 5% of Assessed Fees
  • Admin Processing Fee: $30.84
  • GIS Update: $25
