Public Partnerships website. PPL is the agency that processes PSW paychecks, direct deposits, tax forms, changes in financial institutions, etc.

Oregon Homecare Commission (OHCC)
Oregon Homecare Commission website. Online registry for individuals to search for potential PSWs, for PSWs to search for individuals looking for support, and PSWs can post their resumes. You must have a provider number to access this website.

eXPRS
eXPRS website. eXPRS is the State's platform and website for providers to clock in and out, enter their time, and mileage utilizing EVV. There is also a plethora of available helpful videos and worker guides on how to use and access eXPRS.

Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
A new federal law requires that states implement an electronic way for verifying attendant care services. EVV is required for all Medicaid personal care services and home health services that require an in-home visit by a provider.
EVV will record the following federally required items in real-time:
- Date of the service
- Location of the service
- Person receiving services
- PSW name
- Time the service begins and ends
- Type of service
