Financial Reporting
The Financial Report Team provides electronic reports to all departments for use in managing day to day operations. The Team also prepares the County’s Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) in accordance with General Accepted Accounting Principles. The ACFR is audited by an external certified public accounting firm. Each year since 2019 Yamhill Country has submitted and been awarded a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA). The Certificate of Achievement is a prestigious national award, recognizing conformance with the highest standards for preparation of state and local government financial reports.
